1) How do I cancel the service?
There are two ways to stop the service:
i: Via text/sms: You can opt-out at any time by sending us an SMS. For Ooredoo customers, you can send UNSUB WG to 92027. For Vodafone customers, you can send STOP KWGW to 97710. You will be unsubscribed immediately.
ii: Via e-mail: You can send an e-mail containing your mobile number to [email protected].
2) How do I subscribe to the service?
You can see our promotion online through banner ads. In order to subscribe to our service, you need to complete the following steps:
i: You click through the banner ads and will be redirected to our service landing page where all information about the service is displayed.
ii: In order to proceed, you must physically enter a valid mobile number.
iii: You will receive a free SMS with a unique pin code.
iv: You will need to physically enter this unique pin code back to the service landing page.
v: You are now subscribed to WizzGames and have unlimited access to WizzGames content.
3) What are the costs of the service?
The cost of WizzGames subscription service is 15 QAR per week.
4) How long does the service go on for?
This is a subscription service. The service is automatically renewed until you unsubscribe from the service.
5) I did not know this was a subscription service?
All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service and there is a cost involved. After you subscribe you also receive a free of charge informational message stating the costs of the service and how to cancel.
6) I did not subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?
We do not send any charged messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember subscribing. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have actively initiated it.
7) I thought this service was free of charge?
All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service and there is a cost involved.
